Welcome to PPCGeeks, the first lesson most Noobs learn the hard way is to SEARCH SEARCH SEARCH.... No one here is going to give handouts unless you try to find it yourself first. All the stuff you asked for could be found after reading the FAQ's at the top that says "READ BEFORE POSTING" and maybe a simple GOOGLE. I did a search and found all of that stuff in less than 5 minutes.... SO PLEASE use the Search Key.

Its Called Google... Use the above file names, and do research, you will get where you wanna be eventually... Thats how i did it...
