My Sprint CD Not Working
 

i rebooted my laptop...i tried to reinstall my ActiveSync....with the CD it came with...messege comes up saying in order to run disk...i need to install lateset version of flash player....but when i do same messege pops up....any advice??...

I did install Activesync...from a 3rd party...but when i explore my device from the program....i cant get some files to show up..like "windows" i can on the device though

Download ActiveSync from Microsoft.com directly

You probably need to go to Folders - Display Hidden Files for the Windows folder to display. Why do you need to go there?

I also remember reading that the CD was designed with an older version of Flash and for some reason the newer won't play it.

Just download AS from Microsoft's site.

i encountered the same problem but mine was due to having vista.... the disc does not run on vista and if thats what you have you have to use windows mobile device center....

I encountered the same problem and couldn't understand why. It will work of you follow these steps:
-Uninstall Flash Player Completely
-Reboot
-Install current Flash Player
-Reboot
-Insert the CD and it should run properly. Enjoy...
