I agree with most of your points on taking someone's guestimated ROM release rumors serious, its just logical... but ya I do get a little pissed when i drop down 500 bones for something thats advertised to have BT and not function as designed. Or to come out with an "upgrade" ROM that adds a music store but EFFS up your keyboard??

"Or Unlock it slap it with the Alltell ROM and your gtg \\:D/" then i'd probably kick my own a$$ and try to figure out which nurse dropped me on my head on the way out of the womb for paying that much on a beta test phone.

And Jimmiekain your phone history pretty much confirms what I've been thinking all along. It states you love your Mogul, yet when people start talking about all the flaws, you join in about how bad of a phone it is. If that is considered loving it, I sure I hope come hell or high water I'm not in the way when you hate something.

OK - for those concerned that we pushed for an early release. They were playing with it in November -not sure how you don't test BT back then - first thing I do when using a mobile phone. They were informed in July the BT doesn't work well - do you think 4 months is enough time to get one item fixed? They concentrated on getting their SPrint store to sell you music working - out the door in a month.

I am not positive anyone at Sprint or HTC is really working on the issue - some say they've heard about it - many say it isn't listed as a bug or a feature they support. I think calling HTC and Sprint is far more effective than just posting in these forums although I do like say 40,000 hits on this topic whenever they say this is the first they are hearing of it.

I never had an issue with my 6600 and being sluggish and I had LOADS of programs on it. Even the internet seemed faster with the 1x.
