HTC Home Plug-in

I see all this neat info on tweaking the HTC Home plug-in, yet no mention of where to get the plug-in?

Am i missing something?

I just got my Titan and havent activated it yet was wanting to mess with it some and see how much I liked it before abandoning my Treo wx
