Is anyone's screen frozen?
 

Is anyone elses screen frozen? My Mogul & my moms Mogul screen is frozen. The phone is working just not the screen. Is anyone else having this problem?

give it a soft reset.

I did a soft reset and it stayed frozen, then about an hour later it was fine. Today it did it again. I'm running the homecustomizer & the Kaizer 6-tab plugin. Is anyone else having this problem?

So I called sprint and they had me do a hard reset, and my screen still would not work so therefore I couldn't set my phone back up. I went to my local sprint store and they replaced it for me on tuesday. Wednesday night my screen froze again and won't let me use the touch feature. (i'm posting from it now.) Does any one have any ideas what is going on?

hmmm, are you using any type of screen protector? Ive heard that some screen protectors are a bit too thick and cause the touch sensor to not work properly if at all...

haha that would suck, I'm using one of the hard plastic screen protectors..... give me a sec

Damn, that's exactly what the problem was..... I feel like a jackass (especially since i took my phone to sprint and got a new one.....shhh) thanks for the help!

The same thing happenned to me when I use the Seidio screen protector.It's just too thick.
