Stopped at telecom splash screen
 
I just upgraded the ROM / Radio of my phone, and now when I turn it on it freezes at the telecom splash screen.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

What bootloader, ROM and radio?

My guess is that you forgot to upgrade the radio.
