What video frmat's can my Mogul play

Sorry for the very basic question, but I need an answer. I added a couple of Arrested Development episodes that were AVI format, but they wont play. Can someone please tell me a format I can play these on my mogul?

from what i have found here and other sites windows mobile media player only supports mp3/ wmv

you can install tcpmp and that will play everything
