Angry Startup screens

Could someone help please. I have read the post on how to change the Start up screen but here is the problem I am having.

When I start up the phone I get the 1st screen (yellow sprint screen), then a 2nd screen (yellow sprint screen with the logo moving which changes to the white HTC screen), then the last 3rd screen (Green Windows mobile screen).

Re: Startup screens

Humm... I am not sure how you would go about doing this on a pre-existing Rom. It is a simple process when building a Rom from the ground up...

Re: Startup screens

The third screen (splash or welcomehead) can be changed with a simple registry edit to point to the new pic. The first screen can be changed using a splash kitchen, but I don"t remember the specifics.
