So why won't GPS Viewer connect?
 

It scans and scans in the endless abyss of time...without connecting.

To clarify: Rom 3.57.605.1, Radio 3.37.75

When I'm in GPS Viewer I select Com 4, 9600 Baudrate, it finds it and starts scanning:

So you need to install the vahalla cab and then serf cab for agps to work on stock verizon rom.
