XV6800 - Speed Dial Location 1 Disappeared
 

Greetings!
I am using a VX6800 (HTC Mogul / Titan). Recently it stopped dialing Verizon's voicemail number (*86) when I press, and hold, 1 on the pad.

I can dial *86, manually, with no problem.
I can add contacts, with no problem.
So, I could (and have) added "Voicemail" as a contact.
I cannot assign any number, or contact, to Speed Dial Location #1.
It does not appear anywhere.

How can I restore Speed Dial Location #1 - and make it dial *86?

start settings then phone. Voicemail is the first option.
