I can't follow links for youtube or google video links

For some reason I am unable to follow links for videos in youtube or google videos. When I try to click on the links the browser(IE) does nothing.
I have installed tcpmp and FlashVideoBundle.

Another video related issue has to do with playing videos from windowsmedia.com. Playback is kind of choppy and out of sync. These are the only videos of tried playing so not sure if it is the device or the site.

The latter is a problem with the 6800. DirectDraw sucks on our phones. Hopefully someone can figure out a fix for it one of these days.. but it's correctable in TCPMP, which the FlashVideoBundle uses. Not sure why YT/Google aren't working for you though.

Set TCPMP to render to 'Raw Framebuffer' and it works a lot better. Also, set the a/v sync to -400ms.

For the FlashVideoBundle thing, be sure it's the -newest- version, and install it and TCPMP to main storage.

Yes, I can't even get the video to start. When I try to select the link it might as well be plain text. The browser behaves as if I didn't click on a link. Very odd.

download and install the flvplugins package for tcpmp and it will fix the links.

i do not understand why though, as the flashvideobundle cab appears to include the flvplugins files. this fixed mine though when i had the same issue.

ive also attached a cab that i use for tcpmp0.72rc1, flashvideobundle1.2, and flvplugins0.4.2 all in one. i just made this for my personal use and will not offer any support for it. it works for me.

I think you have bigger issues. Might want to uninstall all tcpmp and plugin packs and then try dcd's installer.
