after 2 months R.I.P Mogul.... usb port died! but got love Sprint good service I ONLY HAVE TO WAIT 7 DAYS!!!! to get a new mogul. Im back to my 4 year old Sanyo RL-4920..yes still alive!

Store policy is 5 - 7 business days if you can make and receive calls (break the screen and its covered under esrp for free instore replacement as long as there is no damage to the motherboard and no liquid damage). Retention is 2 - 3 busness days, Lockline or assuriane or who ever the hell they are these days is 2 - 3 busniess days as well as a 50 dollar charge. My self personaly i have gone threw about 4 of these phones... they keep falling out of my hand :/

Update: it's been a hard day for me without my mogul.. no games, movies, music, internet or IM!!! My wife keep making fun of me she keep asking, oh what happen to your super phone? womens....

6 days to go!

the OP has a broken usb port, most likely meaning the phone wont charge. Id consider that needing immediate replacement under esrp. yeh the phone will make/receive calls, until the battery dies! then its byebye for 7 days. thats silly im sorry. i can dial a flip phone without a screen u just press the numbers a hit send. if the screen is covered by immediate replacement so should a charging port both essential to function.

phone was dead when I got there I might call and complain maybe I can my phone tomorrow!

Here we go again!!! 3 days after I updated to Attel ROM my mogul die!!! 3rd mogul incoming ! I don't know if im out of luck or this phone is not that good after all... has anyone exchanged their phone more than twice in 2 months?
