win mobile 6.5 issues
 

hello all i have an htc mogul currently flashed to metro pcs with the olipro boot loader and a custom win mobile 6.5 rom made by ppc kitchen now for the record i did not do the flash i paid a guy 100 dollars any way on to the problems


1.phone has 6.0 mb of program memory left can barely get anything to work always says low memory. How can i get more memory??
2. gps when i get it to work takes forever to load and lock on to the sats. Is there anyway to speed this up???
3. i recently installed the manilla software and i like it and i like the m2dc software also however after updating to the new manilla i cant use m2dc anymore what happened h chow do i change the themes???
4. if i flash a new rom ????
1. will i have to have metro reflash it ??
2. will i have to reload the prls
3. anyway to save my settings from arcasoft and contacts other than activesync???
4. i i need to change the bootloader or the nue kernel what everthat is ??
5. what is nuekernel and how does it work ???
i dont know where to post my questions and i am new to this forum any help would be greatly appreciated.
