A couple of times a day, but most of those are because I'm installing or deleting new software. In terms of device performance, I only reset about once every other day. WM6's memory management sucks. Otherwise, I doubt that we would need to soft reset at all.

i only have too when my phone freezes, about once a week. i use oxios close apps to recover lost memory.

Twice a day on average. But if you use SKTools to reclaim RAM and clean up the directories, you will see a drastic improvement.

if it's the same as a computer, then to answer my own question, yes shutting down & restarting is the same as hitting the reset button |

I probably reset once a week at most. |
the main difference between holding down power and pressing reset:
when you hold down power it will stop services, write cache, etc etc. when you press the reset button it just resets. when i make a change in my registry i power down and up, rather than waiting several minutes for the change to be written and then poking the reset pin. |
