phone going into flight mode by itself

recently i have had the phone going into flight mode by itself. not sure if anything i installed is doing this. any ideas?

Is it possible your case (or pocket or ?) might be pressing on the end call button?

it shouldn't since i am running slide2unlock...but then again, s2u is sometime not kicking in.
