WM6 Lock Feature

so my workplace just upgraded the exchange server so I thought I would try out the push email option. I setup activesynce and was prmpted to setup a strong alphanumeric password so I did. I've removed the settings now so my device synces via my laptop but for some reason I cannot turn off the password option so now every 5 min if I want to get into my device I have to input the password. I can see the option to turn it off but it is disabled. anyone know how I can turn this off?

okay - I used a backup I created previously to restore my registry and activesync settings, looks like its back to normal. I also found a small proggy that will disable that annoying security feature (well to me it is annoying having to enter cryptic passwords several times a day to check my email - and that does count making call, checking appointments etc).

If you want to try it out - here u go:

I have the Mogul, but try Start > Settings > Lock. You might be able to turn it off there.
