no sound AT ALL
 

yes. no notifications, no ringing, if i try to play an mp3 or wav there's no sound, not even when i try to make a phone call.

this happened to anyone here?

Yup. I've had it happen to me once too.

Just Soft Reset the phone (poke your stylus into the hole right underneath the memory card on the bottom) and you'll be all set.

A backup & hard reset may be in order. :(

that's the thing, I just hard reset! lol thankfully I have all the cabs on the memory card...
