Green Phone Button Stopped Working

Yes I always go back to stock to make sure the custom rom or cabs didnt cause the problem.

I have the bone stock 6.0 rom on my Sprint Mogul and my green button stopped working about a week ago also.
My fix was to buy a new phone

If you've got WM6.5, this dialer was recently linked by Mattsm and I agree with him and others that it's the best dialer I've seen.

I mapped the Voice Commander key to "Phone" when my green button went bad. But recently the green button seems more successful, but not 100%. It used to be 20% of the time it worked, now it feels like 70%. Yeah, that's non-scientific...

I am having problems with all of the hard keys on the front of my xv6800 not working - also camera, comm manager, ok, and voice command buttons on side of case all not working. Basically only the screen on/off - power button is working. All the buttons back light though

left/right soft buttons work for a hard reset
and I can get it into boot loader using camera/power combo

I have tried going back to the stock 6.1 rom (MR1 and MR2) but still can't get them working.

tried a couple of hard resets as well.

phone is way past replacement.

Any ideas?

where can I find 6.0 stock rom?

bump - I really need some help if possible.

I just re-locked and flashed the vzw stock rom and still not getting the buttons working correctly...

it seems to be a software issue - any help is greatly appreciated.

I have a two year old Sprint phone and my green phone buttons seems dead, but if you press it VERY hard it works, I'd say its wear and tear but Sprint might give you a another one if your nice. I'd base my plea on Manufacturing defect since all the other buttons work, mentioning the white dot on my screen might help too.

Had the same issue with mine, and I went to Sprint store. Tech replaced button/contact and all was well. Took him about 30 min, but he also replaced the thumb wheel.

The thumb wheel is completely separate. It was a waste for sprint to also replace that.

It wasn't working, and they replaced it. Now it works great! Not a waste in this case.
