Scroll wheel

Is there a registry hack that can make the scroll wheel to become the master volume control instead of just controlling the app(WMP)'s volume when i'm in that app?

Im interested in this as well as I just got my mogul today and I know its gonna bug the hell out of me being used to that feature in WM5
