PPCGeeks - MOGUL(Sprint): GPS disabled after hard reset

Hi Guys,
I have had to reset my Mogul recently and ever since then, the GPS seems disabled in my phone in both Google maps and Iguidance. I am using the old sprint ROM 3.35. it used to work well before the reset. I even tried GPS toggle option and but it also cant get the GPS working.

Now, is this is a hardware issue? or is it that Spring now does something on the phone while activating service for the first time that it disables GPS. Please help. ONe of the biggest utility of the phone has been GPS/Google Maps.
