can anyone tell me how to flash internet and pic messages onto my sprint htc mogul 6800 ???

As stated in the response to your identical post in the Add a Device forum, you need to be sure you have a data plan on your device. If that's the case, you should be able to access the internet and no extra work should be needed

its an old sprint phone and now i want to hook it up on metro pcs ... so i need to go to my local store and have them turn it on ?

yes and no,
unless he has already flashed a custom rom....then he might have to install the carrier cab and SomeguySMMS for sprint pic messaging.
But if he doesn't have that data connection, those will do him no good.

is it stock?
is it their phone or from a different carrier like verizon, alltel, etc.....
give me as much details about the phone as possible.

its a mogul 6800 i got it from a friend that lost it and got a new one, then he found this one and gave it to me, it has a sprint logo on it so its from the sprint network but he said it has a lost block on it so it has to be flashed to metro..
