How to change shortcut or program Icons in HTC HOME Launcher
 

Is there a way to change your program shortcut icons to ur own custom ones like in Windows XP? I'm trying to make my HTC Home Program Launcher look nicer but haven't figured out how to import in my custom .ico files.
