Mogul Stuck on WM6 startup screen
 

Hey guys, my mogul is stuck on the wm6 startup screen. I've pressed the reset button several times and nothing happens. This started sun am after my shift. I work in the ER and i leave my phone in the locker. Of course no signal in the hospital so the phone eventually dies before my 12 hr shift is over. I charged the phone in the car and it seems that its stuck on the wm6 screen. any suggestions?

1st try removing the battery for a minute or so and then put it back in to see if that works for you. Also take out the microSD card and leave it out to see if it makes a difference.

If not, you could always do a hard reset. Of course you would lose everything.

Same thing happened to me on 2 different moguls. first one didn't have spb backup so I had to do a hard reset. 2nd phone DID have spb backup so I rebooted in safe mode and deleted the last app I installed. Sorry but I can't remember what it was. Also ran Memmaid and cleaned the phone up. Afterwards, soft-reset, spb backup asked if I wanted to reboot in normal mode, said yes and back in biz. I highly suggest spb backup if only for the safe mode reset capability.

That's happened to me twice, not sure what the culprit software was. I had to hard reset in both instances. :(

Sent in my first phone with the exact problem. I have had 0 problems with the replacement.

Am I missing something here?
 

I have spb backup... Where is this safe mode option that you rave about? I can't find it for the life of me...

try playing with the screen (opening, closing) while its doing that, but before the screen gets into standby. i did that and for some reason it actually worked. i was like hmm thats weird
