It will also include Direct TV and Xbox 360 emulation in the fall update.

I agree with this mindset.. doubt sprint will do anything for us.

/it will also squeeze orange juice and tie square knots.

Sorry to say I have to agree with the skeptics....the phone's already here and we've already paid the big bucks for it. Turning on Rev A, GPS, AND now Sprint TV???? I have only heard negative things about Sprint's customer service (never experienced it first-hand though) but this would put them light years beyond anyone else's service with the addition of all of these features. I specifically remember the rep on the phone trying to sell me the Sprint version of GPS for 10$ a month which has always led me to believe they would not upgrade the GPS. I've been wrong in the past though.

Not "lightyears beyond" .. it will at least put them on par with the other providers. minus the CS which is awful.. if you can get through to them that is.

Plan description From E-care:

Vision and Power Vision (EVDO) phones also include:
- Picture Mail and Video Mail.
- $0.99 Sprint Music Store full song downloads.
Sprint Radio.
- TV Channels: Power Vision customers can access standard free TV
channels; "Sprint TV" package not included.

While l didn't see any place to turn the "standard free TV" on, either.

The Touch, which is coming to Sprint in a few months, is rumored to have Sprint TV. If this is true, it will be the first WM device on Sprint to have it.

We don't have Sprint TV on our Moguls because they never developed a PPC version of the software, however once they do it, it is very likely all WM devices in the future will have it. Even if the mogul never gets an official update, it will be a simple matter of someone extracting the necessary files from a ROM that DOES include it, and distributing them here for all of us.

Is there any way that someone could extract the Java application from a phone to run on the Mogul?

Not sure how accurate this is or if the guy was tlaking out of his ass but it would be nice...

Yeah, i dont think that he had any idea what he was talking about, cause i believe that the phone isnt getting touched by HTC anymore, now all the stuff is being done by sprint. But i can always be wrong.
