Can someone link me to a cab file of the latest ROM for the Titan? I need a fresh start!

ROM don't come in Cab file

The FTP should have the exe file...if you need just a fresh start...you can hard reset your phone and it will restore to factory defaults.

What I meant by fresh start is just the latest ROM for the Titan. Can you link the exe or the file for it?
