Gmail issue

I've been havin' this small problem with my gmail. Whenever I send an email from my gmail, it sticks the sent email in my "Inbox". I've checked & unchecked the selection in options to see if it'd have any change, but it still does the same thing. Does anyone else have this problem? And if so, is there a way to fix it?

i think that is due to the fact that Gmail has conversation style emails. If you check your Gmail on the web page you will see that whenever you reply to an email you receive your reply is grouped with it. it's not a problem with the Mogul or WM6, it's just a Gmail feature. unfortunately i don't think there is anything that can be done about it.

I am looking for a fix as well. If I find one ... I will pass it on.

Possible Solution

You may want to look into enabling POP on Gmail and then setting up Gmail on your phone as a POP mail account.

Because of Gmail's "threaded" email system (or whatever you want to call it), pop gmail access thinks that each response is an individual email, since gmail does actually save each email you send as an email in your inbox.

I solve this problem in Outlook on my Laptop by setting up an email rule that automatically moves emails that are from my gmail address to my Sent Items folder. I still haven't figured out how to do something similar in Pocket Outlook.
