sys file protection...
 

I'm trying to mod a file inside the windows folder but everythingin there is protected. i downloaded a different color bar for the WM6.5 today screen from xda developers site. But it didnt say how and nobody else seems to have the problem. What am I missing here?

Anyone? Its not a big deal. Just didn't know what I was missing. I just can't seem to delete anything that is in the windows folder, or replace.
