hey i have a mogul and forgot the password i stored in it and now i can not get into my phone. i just got the touch pro but want to give the mogul to a friend but i forgot the password. is there anything i can do to get back into my phone please help asap

tried it didnt work...hard reset is pushing the lil button in on the bottom right?

no thats a soft restart you need to hold down the two soft keys and hit the reset at the same time
