MMS Issue

Is there a setting in arcsoft that would keep you from being able to forward a message? I have tried to forward a message, in fact, I have tried to forward every message I have gotten but the forward button is grayed out and it won't let me do it.

Any ideas?

Someone has to have an idea on this. Anyone?

After poking through the registry I found the setting that needed changed. No more threaded messaging, and the forward option is back. :)

Hey, I just tried to forward.. and for me it's greyed out until I move UP and then the part of the thread that I want to forward is selected then it allows me to forward it!! Just tried it.. works fine and my threading is still ON! :D

I am not a big fan of the threaded text which is part of the reason I wanted to find some way to fix this. I found the right setting and everything is working out great for me. Thanks for the info as well though.

Wouldnt you like to share your resolution for maybe anyone else who is having the same issue and runs across this thread?

Re: MMS Issue

I ended up going through these steps to get rid of threaded messaging and to be able to forward once again:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Inbox\Setting s\OEM\SMSInboxThreadingDisabled

DWORD

value set to 1

Now, I can not take credit for this, as I found it on xda-developers. I was just glad to find something that worked.
