Outlook Question

I am using Outlook on my Mogul. When I open a message and click on a link, sometimes it doesn't do anything. Or if it works, IE opens and the webpage has nothing on it. If IE does open a readable webpage, and I click on a link, the link doesn't work. I also have Opera Mini 4 beta loaded on my phone which works great. Is there anyway to default links in Outlook to open with Opera Mini and to also make Mini my default browser for all web browsing? Is there a way to create a shortcut for Opera Mini in the start menu? Thanks.
