Hi My bad if this already posted somewhere but I have the Verizon Wireless XV6800 PPC and i was wondering if there was a specific download or update to update my phone to WM 6.5. thanks

Scroll up to the top of the forums you posted this in, click on the HTC Titan Upgrades link, and I'm guessing you will find a number of threads there already posted to show you everything you need to upgrade to 6.5. XDA DEvelopers has some other builds of 6.5 as well.

And please be careful about posting this tons of times. It won't help your cause.
