Question about replacement policy

I was wondering if anyone knew the answer to this question. I had a PPC6700 that stopped working. I took into the sprint repair center and the looked at it and told to call asurion for a replacement. I called asurion. They replaced it with a mogul. I have had the mogul for a couple of months now and I like it. Unfortunately some of the keys on the key board don't work unless I press really hard several times and other keys type the letter 3 or 4 times for each time I press it. My question is this, since I got the phone as a replacement from asurion, will the sprint store repair or replace it for me or will I have to go through asurion again and spend the $150 deductible? I have the TEP plan on this phone.

Re: Question about replacement policy

unless your 6700 was lost, stolen, dropped in water, or run over by a car (severe physical damage) - you should never have to go to assurion. You can have sprint repair or swap your mogul with TEP. You can even do it online at https://indirect3.sprint.com/apps/ad...&FROM_SPRINT=Y
And your replacement phone will show up at your door in 2-4 business days with a return kit for your old phone. Just make sure your phone has been active for 30+ days. Otherwise, just go to a Sprint Repair Center and they will do it for you.

Re: Question about replacement policy

I followed the link you posted. After putting in my zip it gave me the address of a repair center. I will take it there and see if they can fix it.
