is it possible to switch my us celluler htc 6800 to work with alltell's service and if so how?

Call Alltel's customer service- 1-800-255-8351 and ask them if it can be.

They will probably ask you for the phone's ESN number, which you can find in the back behind the battery.

For Pete's sake, SEARCH AND/OR USE GOOGLE! There are SO many threads on porting phones over to other carriers. You are going to have to spend some time flashing, unlocking, and tweaking. Just getting the ESN in as Keir told you to do is not enough...

Don't think of me as a jerk, I am simply trying to get the point across to you that you need to search, because asking twenty questions is going to take forever, and people don't like repeating steps that we have guides on...
