sprint help with mogul
 

hello i took my sprint mogul into sprint to fix a button (green call key) but after it was repaired, the phones slide spring was gone and it felt like i had to push it harder the tech guy said "the screws are tighter than you used to" now i have had 3 replacements and none of them fell like this , and they said "it dosn't affect the functins of the phone, and is not covered by insurance" what can i do are they allowed to do this should i take it in and confront them about it again and what should i expect, (personally i would like a replacement HTC touch Pro lol"

your whole phone is covered ask them nicely can you losen the screws and if you can ill give you a 5 on my survey call " only wrks if its a corp store tho"

if they say no you only have 2 choices 1: call tech support ask them to order you a replacement phone or 2: find and advanced exchange store " they don't have tech @ the store" but hey can order you a replacement phone.....
