All you have to do is go into messaging and select add new account. It's pretty straightforward from there. It'll prompt you to put in your email address and password, then it finds the server settings automatically. Then it will prompt you to set up other options like send/receive times, whether or not to download attachments, etc.

I understand how that part. What I want to do is have "Outlook" down my AOL email into the "Outlook" inbox. Not set up a new email account. What I think I may need is an AOL server address and their domain.... any suggestions?

Outlook only functions if you are using an exchange server. Just putting in AOL's server info in there won't work.

I think, but am not sure, that you can get to your AOL mail through AIM. I think that AOL supports most major carriers, but the last time I looked Cricket was not among them....Sprint i think was supported.....maybe give that a shot
