Picture messaging
 

I'm guessing this has been addressed and I've tried looking around but I was wondering if anyone had a set by set way of seetting up my HTC PPC 6800 to be able to send and recieve picture messages. Ive heard of the arcsoft software but do not understand it and don't want to mess my phone up. Could someone please give directions on how to change the settings. Thank you
P.S. I mentioned I was new at this so the more specific the directions are the better.

I did those directions verbatim, I don’t believe it worked. Picture messages are still not coming through. And when I click new message – picture message , it goes to a different screen with a gear circling while saying searching, after 1 min an error pops up saying “G66 there was an error trying to register your phone” This message also comes up if I go into programs and trying opening the program up. Does anyone know what is wrong and/or what I should do? Please help… Thank you

I too am having the same problem but thought it was a uscc problem and I was going to talk to them.

tried the steps above and did not work. will be contacting uscc to find out why.

Ummm, Sprint PicMail will not work on USCC.

I read that thread but it doesn’t really help out much. I just want to know if its possible to work on my ppc 6800 and if so how to do it. Has anyone talked to USCC or gotten it to work please help. Thank you

Yes picture messaging works just follow the instruction and install arcsoft or if get uscc to fix it if you have a stock rom and dont want to do it yourself.

Ok. Could someone please hook me up with detialed instructions on what to do. I have uscc and wanting to get this to work.
