Windows Media Player Mobile skins?
 

I searched but didn't find this so if it is a dup I'm sorry. But I really want a different skin with some bigger buttons and I found the uPod Silver skin that looks like it will suit my needs just fine. I followed the directions and copied the files to my device and WMP still does not see it as a "skin". Also Microsoft deleted all the directions and the skin page they used to have which was just a great idea....or not. So anyways, anyone have any advice on a good skin or just getting one to work? I want to start using the Mogul in my car as an mp3 player. LMK.

I can't believe that it's so hard to find the themes for this. Sometimes when MS updates or does some kind of a "fix" it just makes things more difficult.

Here are a few I like, just unzip the folder than take all three of the skin folders and place them in the root directory on your SD card. The skin individual skin folder must be placed in the root directory for Windows Media to recognise the folder as a skin. Go to windows media player start playing a song, than go to menu/options/skins and pick the one you like. Most of there are posted in the theme forum and others can be found by doing a Google search.

Maybe I had the skin in the wrong directory, does it HAVE to be on the SD card, or could it also be on the device? It's easy to just put it on the card I was just curious.

Isnt that the streaming app for m.youtube and such skin???

My documents, root directory on the PPC or on the storage card all work, just easier for me to put it on the card, personal preference 8)

No the streaming player has tiny buttons. This one is more like the audio manager but without taking the entire screen realestate.
