WM5torage on WM6
 

Not working for me.
I see the removable drive, but cannot access it.

Has anyone else tried ?

I am really surprised that it's taken this long for this to come up. As I recall a helpful Telus P4000 user tested the app a few months ago on his WM5 Titan and it didn't work then either--so it must boil down to a hardware/driver issue rather than a WM6 one.

Hope it gets fixed soon.

Yup, not working for me either. I contacted Softick about Card Export and they're working on a version for the Mogul. We'll see how that goes...

Same here... using v1.75 of WM5torage. This is right now my biggest gripe about the phone (even beyond the lack of custom roms).

Agreed - neither Softick Card Export nor WM5torage work on my unit.

We need a WM6torage.

it has something to do with the Qualcomm chip and drivers written for the mogul.

It was Working fine i have 2 GB Kingston SD Card with HTC P4000 WM6 Installed

any work arounds? i've tried both on the mogul 6800 with wm6, and no luck with either app. help!!!

have tried WM5storage.. able to detech removable disk but not able to transfer big files..
sofick require v3.03 for wm6 to work.. anyone have the serial or keygen for softick v3.03..

You're not going to get very far asking for warez here...

Just a thought. I do not have a Titan..with Verizon :(. But if we can install the HDHC drivers on the 6700 and have them work, and WM5torage stop working, is it possible for the drivers that are replaced on the 6700 (non SDHC) to be installed on the Titan and have WM5torage work again. This would be usful for those who do not have a SDHC card, and would rather have the USB functionality....Well just a thought

softick doesn't work either. Its something to do with the Qualcomm chip and its usb drivers.

3.05 works for the Mogul - it says so on their website.

Does Card Export give you access to the onboard memory or just the card? I've only used this program on Palm devices and it didn't for those.

Well that's certainly some good news. I beta tested for Softick, sent them logs, and provided all the info I could and then when I dared to ask about getting a license they stopped answering my e-mails. Does WM5torage still work after uninstalling the Card Export trial? Or do you need to keep it installed after it's expired?

has anyone tried the 1.78beta? it's mounting a drive, but when i try to access it it tells me it is not formatted... but i have the my documents>SD card reg hack, and the EXT Rom exposed.. maybe this is my prob? plan on hard resetting when i have time, to test.

I got around to trying out the latest version of the Softick software. They claim new Mogul support as of 9/27. http://www.softick.com/pocket-pc/car...=2&new_lang=en


I tried it and it works great. I can edit docs right off my miniSD as if they were attached via a card reader. Makes syncing up files SOOO much easier.

I'm still using the trial version (and no, I haven't tried WM5torage on top of it, but I plan to).

I think it's worth the $14.95 - just to bypass activesync when attaching by USB!
