Custom notification sounds?
Are you able to use custom text message notification sounds or do you have to stick to the defaults that come with the phone? If so, can someone give me a basic rundown of how I can achieve this? Any help would be much appreciated.

I believe the file just goes in \Windows, then if you go to Settings -> Sounds & Notifications -> Notifications tab and select "Messaging: New Text Message", then select the sound you want, it should be in there...

Thank you so much

You're welcome. That's one of the things that I don't really like about WM6. In WM5, it had the "manage" tab, and we could import them and then WM would copy them to the right directory. Why'd they take that feature out?

I have the Palm app and have added a custom notification sound. It will work good for a while, then will lose the sound and have to soft reset. I switched to a default sound and I didn't lose sound for several days. I switched back to the custom and lost it within an hour. The file I'm using is 28.5k. Anyone else have or seen this problem?
