Sprint Mogul 6800 phone numbes sync issue?

When I sync my Sprint Mogul to my laptop it sync's phone and I can access the phone however it wont sync my phone numbers? It just says error didnt sync.. then shows my phone numbers in the error report. Why is this/

Do you have Outlook on the laptop?
