titan help with screen issue..

whenever the phone is not in use, the screen turns off like regularly it should, but i am not able to turn it on with the power button, i would need to do a sorft reset of the phone in order to turn on screen again, can someone help plz...

What software is installed, provide rom, carrier and radio info
