Can no longer receive text messages
 

I have the pay per kb data plan on my xv6800. Yesterday i put a data block on my phone because I wanted to lower the phone bill. Besides i have wifi at my home and work. The data block went into effect immediately and at the time i could receive text messages just fine. About 4 hours after putting the data block on i can no longer receive text messages. I can send text messages and make calls just fine.

From what i understand, the data block is only supposed to block the sending and receiving of picture and video messaging.

Before dealing with verizon i was just curious if anyone knew if it was an issue with the data block or the phone.
I'm currently running dcd 3.2.6 and everything has been going fine prior to this.

Okay i just received about 20 text messages all at once.. i think its working again.
