Mogul for Touch Pro TEP HELP
 

Ive been trying for the past couple days on the site checking it numerous times trying to send my mogul in for a touch pro when will i be able to do it

ive called sprint 10 times
been to a repair center
have claimed 3 moguls within 12 months (no asurion)

any advice

Hit and miss depending upon if they have refurb moguls.

they probably have an abundance of refurb moguls in stock now cuz of everyone doing that for tps. so just wait til the next time around or keep trying everyday! lol

just go to the website phoneclaim.com n make ur claim then ull see wat phone their gona snd u.. if its a mogul u can cancel it but if its a pro well just continue with the claim.. i just did mine last nite n their gona snd me a touch pro...

Phoneclaim.com is offering TP mine is coming today. after my third Mogul.

how bout u just take the phone ur suppose to get, another mogul... or BUY a TP instead of trying to defraud the system??

So everyone who got a TP as a replacement for their 6800 is guilty of fraud? The OP's not trying to defraud the system, just playing the lottery. Even if the OP's tried many times, and not taken the Mogul replacement, it's not fraud because it's their choice to either take the suggested replacement or cancel. With it being a toss-up of which phone they choose to replace a defective handset with, why not desire the better one? The OP's just looking for the opportunity (which IS there) to get a better replacement.
