m PC wont recognize my mogul
 

while trying to sync my outlook contacts to my mogul i realized the computer didnt recognize my mogul this is first time i have ever hooked it up to PC i downloaded that windows mobile device center but still not working

My phone needed a hard reset before vista recognized it. Not sure why but it fixed my issues. Don't forget to back up your contacts/txts/emails/etc if you do it.

well phone is completely empty

i already tried the unchecking that thing in the usb to pc thing but still no luck

Do you get the little usb connection sound when you connect the device, or nothing?

i only hear the sound when its on bootloader and i get this error

is there anyway to load my contacts from outlook to the mogul without being able to connect it directly to the computer

Try un-installing windows mobile device center, reboot your PC, then install it again. Soft boot on your PPC and try again.
Also make sure you are using the original USB cable. Some of them will not support data connection.

just tried exactly what you told me and no luck at all still not being found wont even detect it as a storage card
