Mogul not loading anymore
 

Whenever I turn on my Mogul it won't load anymore after the Windows Mobile 6.1 screen. It just stays there and does not budge. What should I do?

You may need to do a hard reset.

Does it connect to activesync?

No it does not connect to activesync. With a hard reset you hold down the power button and turn it off right?

Remember that with a hard reset you loose all your information such as contacts and email/text and installed programs.

Hopefully you have done a backup or at least sync contacts with activesync

To do a hard reset on the Titan hold the two soft keys (the ones with the - on them) down and push the soft rest button with the stylus

Is there anyway I can get my contacts off of there? I don't normally sync my contacts.

Unless you can connect to activesync or get the phone to boot at least once, no.

This is the reason that I use the automatic backup feature of SPB Backup

Alright I got it to load past the WinMo screen (after a couple of hours) and my contacts are not showing up and my phone does not load. Every time I click on phone it says "We're sorry....A problem has occurred with device.exe. :(

Activesync is not seeing the phone on Vista.

get into file explore copy pim file from the main maemory to an sd card you now can soft reset when done use total commander to overwrite pim with the backed up one and soft reset your contacts plus call log will be restored

Alright when I click on "Copy/Move" it moves it there, but it does not update my contacts.
