Shadowmite's HTCustom Tweak Application (Hermes) on 6800.

So I installed this on my 6800 and its pretty cool. Not everything works, but there are some cool tweaks in there.

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=307873

Its not for our phone but some tweaks work. Can anybody make something like this for ours?

BTW, props to Shadowmite for making this!

Do you have a list of what works and what doesn't?

All of the 3G stuff doesn not for sure. But if you look at the screenshots on the link, you get a feeling for what will and what won't. It added a cool dialer section to my phone pad. I'll try to get a screen cap!

Looks promising, but I see its designed for the Hermes. Have you had any adverse effects so far?

After seeing what it did to your dialpad, I am going to download it and give it a try. However, I am currently backing up so I can go back if I need to.

I got the phone dialpad working with this app. I never used the HTC dialer, so this must be what put it there. To enable it, you must run the app and go to the Phone tab. Uncheck the "3G Video Dialer", save and reboot.

The ## codes still seem to work as well with this dialer. I am not sure if this app replaced the dialer or just modified the existing one.

You can also set that dialer window to show:
- All calls numbers/contacts from your call history (made/received/missed)
- All of your contacts AND all calls made/received/missed from your call history
- Just your Speed Dial contacts

The scroll wheel scrolls through these and you can also hide the keypad which will expand the contacts window down to the bottom bar.

I also noticed that incoming calls use the default call screen, so it doesn't change anything with it.
