battery meter question

so i have the reg hack for the battery meter in the start bar. is there anyway to make it, so when you click on it, instead of going to the oem battery meter... it would go to my nuePower/backlight CPL?

Thats what i was thinking also because it would be cooked into the ROM. Even though you might find the registry keys, values or strings, editing and remapping are two different things.
