Whew! Found my "can't answer phone until it rings 3 times problem!!"
 

I've had this problem with my phone, a Titan. If I have Activesync on using DirectPush (get messages when they arrive), if I recieved a phone call, I could hit the "answer" button and it takes about 5 or 6 seconds before the other person can hear me. Wow that was annoying!! My brother's exact same phone had the exact problem.

Anyway, I did a hard reset, that fixed it, I could answer right away even with Activesync on.

Long story short, when I then installed "Schaps Advanced Config" (version 1.1 I think?), ran it, didn't change anything, exited it, and the problem was back.

Did a hard reset, installed all my standard apps except "Advanced Config" and the problem is gone.

Verfied the problem/fix on my brother's phone also.

So I don't know if that was an old version with a bug or it wasn't meant for my phone or what.

I had a problem with Advanced Config too, it messed up pictures opening with "Pics and Videos". I tried messing with the "Default Programs" to get it back and no go. Hard reset and now it's all good. It really is a useless app though, I can do the reg edits manually.
