Explore / Access / Activesync by Using Wifi from PC to WM; is it Possible?

I can see shared network pc and their contents from WM phone ( mogul in my case) but is it possible to access to content of mogul from pc, like when you "explore" device using activesync? if so , how?

Older versions of activesync used to work through a network, but microsoft decided to no longer do that. As for browsing files on the phone, I'm sure there's a third party software to do that. I just don't happen to know of any.
