Is it possible to use it as an account on the phone? As far as sending and recieving mail just like any other POP/SMTP account?

I am unable to get it setup and working.

Has anyone got it to work before?

You can send to it, I have never been able to access it via pop/smtp, but a work around is you can have the mail forwaded to a pop account in preferences.

I used to always set it up and have it work. Actually, that was the only way I could send out email from my ppc a long time ago. Maybe it has changed.

My settings:
pop3.sprintpcs.com
smtp.sprintpcs.com

remember, your username and password may be different from your normal Sprint info.

Thanks, I had to change the password from sprint.com management portal but I was able to configure it properly and now it works. :)
